The Miss Quincy Sideshow is indeed a spectacle with the bigger issue of concern being music, inspiration and spreading it throughout the land. Miss Quincy is joined by an eclectic cast with diverse musical backgrounds to bring forth a circus-full of song, dance and pure entertainment. Their music is steeped in the age old traditions of blues, gypsy soul and bluegrass, but their approach is a new and different vaudeville. Be prepared to hear angelic harmonies and wailing vocals, fearless improvisation and a plethora of instruments, and of course, as any self respecting sideshow is bound to have; tap dancing percussion. The Sideshow has shared stages with leaders of the Canadian music scene such as CR Avery, Coco Love Alcorn, Little Miss Higgins and the Tequila Mockingbird Orchestra, and they certainly have no plan of stopping or slowing down. Nurtured in their small Canadian mountain town of Nelson, BC, the Miss Quincy Sideshow, in true gypsy style, have wreaked havoc during multiple Canadian tours and are now taking to the open road for good.
